Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Times

Standard Shipping (US): 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days
International Shipping: 10–20 business days (varies by destination)

3. Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping on all US orders over $50.
Flat rate shipping fees apply for orders under $50 and for international orders — calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly on our website or via the carrier’s site.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@furfriendcares.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
